Aloha Pools & Spas is one of the fastest growing pool/spa companies in the Southeast, with locations in Union City, TN, Jonesboro, AR, Cape Girardeau, MO, and Marion, Il. We are currently looking for a dedicated General Manager to work out of our Union City location at 1400 W. Reelfoot Ave., Union City, TN 3826.

Ideal candidates will have documented experience in managing retail locations with “big-ticket” sales experience, and will possess a high level of previously demonstrated ability in Management, Training, Operations, and Sales. Prior knowledge in the Pool and Spa industry is a plus but not required as on-the-job training will be provided for those areas.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to;
· Recruit, Interview, Hire, Onboard, and Train staff in multiple departments and locations.
· Manage multiple employees spread across the company’s four retail locations.
· Effectively supervise and coordinate with the company’s service, retail, construction, and warehouse departments.
· Coordinate with and work alongside the company’s owners and administrative staff (accounting, etc.)
· Monitor and improve metrics for all areas of the company in relation to revenue, margins, expense control, and productivity.
· Manage sales staff and set goals to ensure they operate at the highest customer service level while producing the best sales and profitability possible
Requirements
· Previous experience as outlined above in a multi- unit management role
· Ability to travel to the various Aloha locations on a regular basis.
· Possess a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug, background, and credit check, as applicable, before and during employment.
Compensation will be based on previous experience, with a high performing candidate being able to reach a total compensation package of $100,000 - $120,000+ annually, based on general wage, commissions, incentives, and discretionary bonuses.
