W2 Contract for 6 months, with opportunity of extensions.
Pay rate: $15.14 – $17.14 per hour.

Job description:
As a Deburr Operator, you will be setting up and operating machine that grinds, smooths and buffs produced parts. This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
Will be working in a clean room environment, following specified dress code (no makeup, jewelry, piercing, no open toe shoes allowed while in this environment).
Main responsibilities:
- Performs routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.
- Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date.
- Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations.
- Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
- Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.
- Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
Shift:
Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Microscope experience and small part/deburr experience.
- Experience in production or working in machine shop.
- Good eye-hand coordination to spot and fix imperfections.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork skills.
- Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications (MS Word and Excel).
