Main duties will include operating vacuum coating chambers by performing measurements, calibration, and data analysis while maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. We are seeking a coating technician with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our thin film deposition team to meet goals and manufacture superior products. Strong attention to safety, detail, accuracy, and quality.
Schedule: Swing shift- 2pm-10:30pm, Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday. Must be able to cover one day during the weekend and comfortable with some OT.

What you will do as a Manufacturing Technician:
Provide support to the Optical Thin Film Process
Top responsibilities of Manufacturing Technician:
Operating Vacuum Coating Chambers by performing measurements, calibration, and data analysis.
Assemble fixtures and tooling
Troubleshoot problems in vacuum coating process
Perform product and machine inspection, documentation of findings
You’re good at:
Mechanical aptitude
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, with strong focus on safety
Good computer skills, experience using Excel and email.
- Working as a team player
- Must have 3-5yrs of experience in optical coating manufacturing or similar.
- Must know Excel and have general computer skills.
