HOURS: This is a Full Time M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm in office position at our Wilsonville, OR office

About the Role: As a member of the order entry team, you will be responsible for entering our customers' orders into our ERP system. The process starts with order entry. If you are the type of person that thrives on working with data and information, getting it right the first time and is not afraid to hunt for the solution, to problem solve and find the missing piece to make it right. If this is you, you might be a great fit for the order entry team.

CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and overcome hurdles or barriers to getting the right answer to ensure order accuracy each time as well as finding and fixing errors
• Customer service, billing and coding, data entry as well as A/P and A/R and other relevant work experience is helpful
• Familiarity with the millwork industry or the building industry (Preferred, not required).
• Willingness to learn the Millwork and Door industry over time
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct oneself with the highest levels of integrity, positively representing the company and employees in a trustworthy, and sincere manner.
• Receive and review detailed customer orders prior to entry into the system to ensure there are no missing specifications or pricings.
• Return orders to customer service when specifications are missing, wrong or are in conflict
• Ensure orders are dated appropriately for each customer's standard delivery
• Ability to enter orders for stocked and pre-hung standard items
• Review the order for accuracy prior to completing the order and generating the manufactured order (M/O) for production.
• Reflect our Statement of Purpose authentically to our community
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned
