You'll work directly with our Sales Manager to gain the necessary tools to help introduce, advance and grow your team of outreach representatives.

What you'll do as an Outdoor Marketing Manager:

• Lead your team to generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in a healthier, thriving lawn for their family.

• Lead your team to generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in protecting their families, pets and loved ones from Ticks and Mosquitos.

• Lead your team to schedule prospective customers for a free information session.

• Represent our company and brand with integrity and enthusiasm

• Acquire, retain, and constantly develop industry knowledge.

• Meet and exceed our lead generation goals.

• Speak with potential customers at their home.

• Learn how to hire your own team

What you'll bring:

• Be self-driven and highly motivated.

• Have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.

• Have a reliable mode of transportation.

• Have a cell phone with data and internet.

• Be 21 years old or older.

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Able to canvass directly in residential neighborhoods.
