Who is JoyBridge Kids? JoyBridge Kids joyfully creates and delivers life transforming experiences for children with autism and their families. That’s our mission and our passion that drives everything we do.

We’re Different. Many clinics just provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). JoyBridge Kids provides everything the family needs through an interdisciplinary model: joyful ABA (which is our core), plus Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and School Readiness. We offer a collaborative and coordinated therapeutic plan that enables the child to grow up being a happier, better version of themselves. Our programming includes growth goals for every child that catalyzes their ability to access more joy throughout their lifespan. We then wrap all of the learnings and growth into family support sessions so they can both grow and celebrate successes at home.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Implementing assessments, completing reports, and BSP’s related to the needs for skill acquisition and behavioral interventions (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, FBA’s, FA’s, etc.)
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring high-quality individualized programming Provide caregiver training and education to families for assigned caseload of learners (based on caregiver availability)
• Providing mentorship and overseeing implementation of skill acquisition programs, data collection, BSP’s, and procedural fidelity of RBT’s and Behavior Technicians (including supervision of RBT’s and those working toward that credential; supervision of graduate students seeking BCBA credentials)
• Provide caregiver training and education to families in our waitlist resource program (based on caregiver availability)
• Expected to provide supervised fieldwork experience hours to eligible individuals
• Responsible for staying informed of the most current requirements for providing supervised fieldwork experiences
• Completing supervision CEUs that meet the BACB recertification requirements
• Implementation of behavioral skills training and data collection in the coaching and performance management of RBT’s and Behavior Technicians
• Maintaining and completing session and supervision notes, programming procedures and materials, designing and creating intervention materials, and completing all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by JBK families
• Working collaboratively with all other professionals, including our clinic based Clinical Director, BCBA’s, SLP and OT, in the support of each learner and their family
• Actively participate and engage in team meetings, trainings, and mentorship sessions

Requirements to Succeed:

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification
• License valid in Tennessee (LBA)
• Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience with children with autism
• Knowledge of best practices of behavioral analysis and autism
• Previous parent training experience required
• Desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment to provide exceptional services to our children and families
• Desire to provide evidence-based, trauma-free, high-quality services to learners and families

• Must demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards children and families always

• Ability to lift, bend, squat, push/pull 50 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
