Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm *NO WEEKENDS*
Requirements: Covid-19 Vaccine, 1+ year Health Care experience, insurance verification/benefit insurance coverage experience
Responsibilities:
- Working with Patients via phone to help navigate insurance programs to help the patient seek assistance.
- Assist with Insurance investigation, review documents-and process
- Submitting prior authorization/overturning appeals
- Coordinate with nursing/pharmacy staff
- Quote the patients on their prescription cost
