Responsibilities:
Observe day-to-day tasks, systems, and workflows with the goal of improving operational efficiencies, program delivery and alignment with Agency’s goals. Develop performance measurement frameworks such as key performance indicators, metrics, goals, user needs and benefits. Evaluate system performance and outcomes, identify errors and analyze underlying causes; recommend appropriate action. Interpret and analyze large amounts of data and crucial metrics utilizing various web reports, dashboards, Agency and State generated databases to provide insight into operations and decision making. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observations to determine methods, equipment and staff that will be needed. Monitor procedures in each department to ensure programs are trained and administered appropriately by supervisors; provide actions plans to address issues and areas that need improvement. Develop and deploy reporting systems for activities using graphs, tables, and other visual representations, providing feedback to the Director and Administrative staff on performance progress.

Minimum Requirements to Perform Work:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Statistics, Social Work or related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a performance analyst or related administrative role.
