Bear Creek Family Dentistry is looking for a talented photo/video/Audio editor and Graphic Designer with web design and video game creation experience to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help us build on our existing brand identity, and support various marketing initiatives and patient campaigns through visual and audio formats. You’ll be working at our downtown Dallas, Texas office, located in the Design District. We provide competitive pay and benefits and a collaborative family-oriented work environment.

Some Responsibilities Include

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines through video/photograph/audio platforms
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design and production specifications and budget restrictions
• Develop Recruiting and Business Development brochures, advertisements, etc.
• Assist with and create proprietary video games/apps
• Web Design and website maintenance
• Supply content for our social media specialist who manages platforms like Face Book, TikTok, Instagram, etc. and edits/creates intra office training and informational videos/photographs

Qualifications for Graphic Designer

• Associate degree in visual arts, design, photography and videography preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in editing audio, photography and videography
• Computer fluency in Mac and PC
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software is a plus but not required
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Knowledge of photographic/video story board design techniques, tools, and principles
• Creativity and originality
• Fluency of ideas
• Attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility
• Teamwork
• Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects

• Canva: 3 years (Preferred)
• Photo and Video editing: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
