Your Role

As a Plumbing Support Specialist:

• You’ll order plumbing equipment. You’re a plumbing pro who knows the best equipment and materials needed for a job!
• You’ll schedule jobs. You’ll look over any jobs sold to get all the important details to the Plumbing Installers.
• You’ll approve sold jobs and post-installation jobs. You love knowing things have been done the right way, and you’ve got an eye for detail. You’ll make sure code and company requirements are met with every job you inspect!
• You’ll answer customer questions. Whether by phone or email, you’ll make sure customers are taken care of!

The Super-Fun HR Stuff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for a Plumbing Support Specialist:

• At least (5) years of previous residential plumbing or plumbing inspection experience.
• Understanding of plumbing codes and plumbing materials.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under stress, despite numerous interruptions.
• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in-person, via telephone and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for a Plumbing Support Specialist:

• Previous experience with applying for and scheduling permits.
• Advanced college degree or High School Diploma or GED
• Plumbing Licenses
