As a Clinical Trainee, you hold a master’s degree in a mental health discipline and are perusing independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISW) in this field.

Caseloads: options include day treatment and outpatient (individual and family) therapy services working with children, families, and young adults with autism and/or mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy
  • Perform crisis interventions
  • Welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments
  • Collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers
  • Documentation

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time and Part-time available, standard business hours, flexible scheduling options
  • Pay Range: $55,000-$57,000, actual salary is based on qualifications.
  • $3,000 hiring bonus!
  • Position eligible for quarterly clinical incentive bonuses ($1,000-$1,625 per quarter), in addition to pay for performance
  • Total first year compensation is up to $62,000-$63,000
  • Clinical Trainee level staff receive 8 hours of supervision/month at no cost to you!

Training:

  • Evidence practice training
  • Innovative didactic training series (topics such as: Substance Use, Sexual Health, Crisis Planning)

  • Multi-disciplinary team model (specialty topics offered: OCD, ADHD, Adoption, Relational, Perinatal MH)
  • Supervisor training services including reflective supervision
  • Mentoring

Qualifications:

  • Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW) or hold an active independent licensure
    • Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW)
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Ability to transport yourself in reasonable timing from one location to another for training, coverage, etc.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice
