Twin Spring Farm Day School is seeking:
Pre-School Lead Teachers: Nursery, Pre-Kindergarten

The person selected for this position must be professionally prepared as a teacher of young children, especially in the field of early childhood education. Bachelor's degree with certification in the field of Early Childhood Education is preferred, a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults. At least one year experience working with children in an early childhood setting. Teacher should be able help to nurture and develop the knowledge, abilities, and social skills of children and help prepare them for primary school education.

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Private Academic certification in Early Childhood Education.

Monday - Friday

• Full Time - hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, September-June
• Summer Employment Available

Applicants should:

• Be passionate about building positive relationships with children and families
• Have at least two years experience working with children in an early childhood setting.
• Promote a nurturing and learning environment
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Engage and encourage creativity through art, music, and play
• Plan and implement activities that develop self-esteem and social skills with coworker
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 35lbs, work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to engage in physical activities with the ability to lift, sit, stand or walk
• Have the ability to speak, read and write English
• Work collaboratively as a team with coworkers.

All candidates will be required to provide:
PA Teaching Certificate ECE

• FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
• 2 Written Letters of Reference
• PA State Police Background Check
• PA Child Abuse Clearance
• Current Health Assessment
• Copy of High School Degree and / or Certification
• CPR (within one month of employment)
