Our company is looking for a caring and empathetic individual to be responsible for the well-being of our clients in their homes. The Home Caregiver will be responsible helping patients manage their care plans designed by Qualicare and their family and keeping care logs within our care portal. The successful candidate will be an experienced person who is capable of working independently and can maintain a calm and focused demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Be caring and compassionate toward patients and their caretakers.
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
• Have some knowledge of the symptoms of various illnesses.
• Monitor the development of patient's condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the patient and family .
