Product Owner, EX Squared Job at Builder Homesite, Inc.
We are looking to hire a
Technical Business Analyst to join our EX Squared team. This individual will work directly with clients to gather technical and functional business requirements for a custom software solution, document changes to the features and functionality, in addition to providing tactical direction to the implementation team. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with one of our Engagement Managers to manage sprints, direct deliverables, clear roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
A successful
Technical Business Analyst will be expected to exhibit excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey accurate and timely requirements, timelines, and dependencies to internal and external team members. In addition, they be expected to build trusted client relationships, manage multiple concurrent projects and ongoing client relationships with ownership of the overall delivery of requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining technical and functional requirements using a behavior driven design approach, prioritizing and groom the backlog, and clarifying/refining user stories
- Mapping content as it applies to user stories from integrations and core systems
- Managing sprint deliverables, lead daily stand-ups, identify risks and mitigate requirement risks.
- Host successful requirement gathering sessions, release planning, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective meetings while collaborating with a paired Engagement Manager
- Manage and document requirements traceability and business goals along with reporting on progress to stakeholders
- Interact with key stakeholders, including client team members, developers, and quality assurance teams
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience creating and managing custom software implementation requirements in addition to process flows
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise integrations such as CRM and ERP systems
- Proven strategic thinking and planning skills, including organization, time management, problem-solving, and prioritization
- Demonstrable experience in data and content mapping to functional specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills as well as interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and agile delivery
- Experience working with nearshore and offshore teams
