Compensation. Between $18 - $20 an hour based on experience. $1500 sign on bonus- $750 will be paid out after 30 days of full time employment and $750 will be paid out after 90 days of full time employment.

A role you will love

The role of the Laser Operator performs printing and finishing of financial documents in an ISO & Financial Communication Service environment focused on 100% accuracy in compliance with company service and risk management standards. This role is required to process with accuracy, operate and comply with privacy laws, printed documents within strict quality controls. Additional duties may include pressure sealing functions. Any error may add to cost the business; therefore, strong attention to detail is paramount. The role must be able to interpret, communicate and follow written instructions at all levels of staff within CCS.

Some other key responsibilities:

• Correctly and properly load various paper types
• Reconcile printed output to expected outcomes
• Segregate and identify spoils produced during printing
• Ensure related procedures are followed within guidelines
• Performs regular quality checks to ensure quality standards are met
• Order required paper stock from the warehouse
• Alert supervisor of component quality concerns
• Operate multiple printers
• Efficiently produce finishing requirements (cut sheet; continuous form - cutting, folding or roll to roll)
• Accurately verify MICR printing elements
• Adjust print areas, as required
• Perform minor machine maintenance and cleaning
• Update reports regarding stock usage
• Ensures stocks are kept organized

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• PC Skills
• Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing work environment
• Ability to identify and communicate process improvement to supervisor
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience in Laser printing preferred
