ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a project coordinator to join a fast-paced team executing clinical compliance initiatives. This role is critical to maintain project deadlines and facilitate complex business functions across multiple streams.
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Pacific Time
Location: Remote
Salary: $50,000 – 60,000, DOE (salaried, exempt from overtime)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day coordination of clinical quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Operationalize and track departmental functions to meet the team’s expectations and company mission
- Liaise between departments and stakeholders to drive adoption of key goals
- Maintain current lists of projects and key contacts across all states and practices
- Champion communication plans and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams
- Automate repetitive project management tasks using Office 365 applications
- Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficiently
- Track adoption of strategic plans and maintain current dashboard of KPI
- Assist internal teams to resolve audits, grievances and complaints
- Log external and internal audits of treatment records and communicate with payers as directed
- Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and improved stakeholder satisfaction
- Maintain clear and accurate departmental documents/procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience in Healthcare or Social Services
- Knowledge of Payer Audits is helpful
- 2+ year’s experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists
- Must have advanced Excel skills including Pivot Charts and Power Query
- Flexibility, creativity and empathy to balance priorities and maintain good relationships
- Excellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and team-oriented approach a must
