Job Overview:
The Analyst role will provide project management support including problem-solving, reporting, and training support as well as aide in the design, documentation, implementation and ongoing support of functions for Advisory Billing. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of data analysis, project management, reporting tools as well as strong technical skills to effectively analyze business requirements, track project status, and translate business/regulatory needs. This candidate will also need strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Effectively collaborate and actively participate in all levels of project work on behalf of the Advisory Bulling team, including user acceptance testing, training, implementation and procedures
- Act as a liaison between Advisory Operations and technology to perform analysis on process and system issues to identify root cause and support tracking, escalation and resolution
- Identify and champion new thoughts and ideas to drive innovation and efforts to improve work function and reporting
- Create new and improve existing analytic approaches to solve complexity and process simplification creatively
- Communicate project and initiative expectations, as well as progress and issues to key stakeholders, including leadership team in a concise and consistent manner

Requirements:
- 5+ years of related professional experience in financial services, preferably in operations or advisory operations.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, focused attention to detail
- Ability to take a client centric approach to problem solving
- Proficient MS Office, and advanced Excel or other data analytical skills strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Jira and Agile SAFe methodologies
- Proven ability to prioritize, lead and multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Handle pressure well; and collaborate with various stakeholders, including the senior team on advancing initiatives
- Personable and reliable self-starter who requires minimal management oversight for day-to-day work responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail with a pro-active approach to solving and preventing problems
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Alteryx and SQL
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Pay Range:
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
