We are interviewing experienced Property Managers for The Mill at New Holland located in the North end of Gainesville in North Atlanta. We are growing and promoting our associates so there is no better time than now to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience as an on-site Manager on a Class A, conventional property, 5 years of property management experience, is a strong leader that focuses on teamwork, good with property operations and financials and possesses excellent customer service skills. Entrata experience preferred.

PROPERTY MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager with 5 years of multi-family conventional property experience
- Superb leadership and supervisory skills
- Proven experience managing community operations, maximizing rental income and minimizing expenses through planning and control
- Experience interpreting financial data, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
- Professional appearance and outgoing personality
- Marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing (familiar with the local market)
- Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor and Ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build community relations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & customer service skills
- Entrata experience
