PROPERTY MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager with 5 years of multi-family conventional property experience
• Superb leadership and supervisory skills
• Proven experience managing community operations, maximizing rental income and minimizing expenses through planning and control
• Experience interpreting financial data, budgets and preparing monthly ownership reports
• Professional appearance and outgoing personality
• Marketing skills with the ability to develop a property marketing plan and oversee outside marketing (familiar with the local market)
• Effectively communicate, both oral and written, with Supervisor and Ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build community relations
• Excellent communication, relationship-building & customer service skills
• Entrata experience
