Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester - Salesforce
Location: US-IN-Indianapolis
Overview:
Knowledge Services is looking to hire a Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst for a 4 months + contract position in Indianapolis, IN. This is FULLY REMOTE role!
Responsibilities:
The QA Tester - Salesforce will perform the below responsibilities:
- Participate in define and design activities of the project engagement, to ensure full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team
- Identify critical areas of project risk, and develop strategies to reduce overall risk for the project and client
- Develop overall testing strategies for the engagement
- Develop test plans, test scripts/cases, and test reports on projects of varying size
- Execute the test plans and scripts. Depending on the size of the project, there may or may not be additional testing team members on the project team.
- Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects through to resolution
- Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements
- Conduct troubleshooting, problem triage, and root cause analysis • Analyze the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing
Qualifications:
The QA Tester - Salesforce candidate will have the following qualification:
- Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as process flows, Omniscripts, Lightning, JAVA, Apex, Vlocity and Significant QA Experience. This can come either in the form of real world experience or actual hands on background with salesforce
- Insurance Processing knowledge (application, quoting and contracting)
- Vlocity – the 3rd party tool is preferred DocuSign Conga for document generation
- Ability to know the most efficient ways to test, automation strategies would be ideal
Physical Requirements:
- Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
