The ThinkLiveBe team is consistently a top team in the Market Center and one of the top teams in the North Florida region for Keller Williams Realty. We are GROWING and looking to hire several agents in 2023 to convert leads, prospect for new business and service clients. Real estate experience is preferred but not required.

- A proven training/tutoring program - sell more houses by following a plan!
- Mentoring on a weekly basis with the team owner with 16 years of real estate experience
- A respected, highly reputable team of motivated individuals
This is a fully commission-based role. Follow the proven plan and make 6 figures.
Compensation:$102,500 at plan earnings after training period
Responsibilities:- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Great communication and social skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Tech Savvy and quick to learn new tools and technologies
- Willing to follow a plan and stick to it consistently
