Job Seekers should have at least 1 year of QuickBooks Experience and 1 year Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Must be meticulous and organized in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments.
Invoice customers and running reports for billing daily.
Filing and other miscellaneous duties.
Looking to hire someone for a part-time position 5 days a week
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 am - 3:00 p.m.
Pay is depending on experience
