Highlights Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated recruiter for our corporate team for the specific recruitment of ABA Behavior Technician roles (BTs and RBTs) for our ABA learning centers and home-based clients in North Carolina.
This position is responsible for recruiting Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician talent in support of HHC’s mission. The position is part of a recruitment team for end-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding. The recruiter utilizes and updates data in an applicant tracking system and coordinates interactions between candidates, the recruitment team, HR, and clinical leadership.

Highlights Healthcare (HHC) provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services for children with Autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits. We use evidenced-based ABA treatments to increase socially significant behavior. From diagnosis to early intervention, we provide innovative, evidence-based ABA therapy services to meet every child’s specific needs in a way that feels more like play than work. We currently have centers in Mooresville, Huntersville, Stanley, Statesville, Durham, New Bern, Raleigh, and Jacksonville (coming soon).

What are the minimum qualifications and requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or education-equivalent experience) and 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of ABA therapy
- High-level skills in organization, verbal, and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent using various interviewing techniques and assessment tools
- Experience with an ATS preferred
- Highly motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously or in a team setting while delivering consistent results for established metrics
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check
- Bilingual applicants preferred
