Job Details:
Making cold calls to leverage your network and recruit potential candidates to work with in the immediate and in the future.
Grow relationships to deepen ties with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and executives while serving as a consultative business partner.
Reviving lost accounts, managing existing accounts, and generating new accounts.
Partnering with experienced recruiters to keep communication flowing on project statuses.
Using appropriate sales tools in the marketing efforts to include, organizational and candidate profiles, marketing calls, social media, and other search avenues in order to fill ob orders.
Reviewing goals regularly to improve personal development, improve sales performance and increase market share of their specialty area.
Working closely in the field and virtually with hospitality professionals of all levels and within all types of organizations.
High volume recruiting and staffing while providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the interview process.
