In this role
Being an Analyst at Regional Marketing is about much more than simply crunching numbers – it’s about finding compelling insights within data and using your exceptional business and communication skills to translate those insights into action.

As one of the masterminds behind our data-driven campaign planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets, customer touch points and journeys. The data will not remain inert in your hands, however, since you’ll use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making with marketing and business leaders.

You will work closely with the Marketing Managers to create insights that shape the campaign strategy of our product and solutions, optimize content, and assess the impact of various initiatives. You will also be responsible for surfacing key business insights and recommendations in campaign planning and reviews.

Our team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and customer-centric marketeers are helping global and North America-based customers integrate their domestic and international supply chains to reach their end-customers. You will have the opportunity to partner with marketing, sales, revenue operations, and finance to develop strategies and analytics designed to enable informed decision making and lead efforts to identify gaps in our data to better drive engagement, client acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Working in close collaboration with a diverse and dynamic team of colleagues in Copenhagen, New Jersey, Texas, California, Bangalore, and around the world, you will be part of setting the direction for our regional marketing team and collaborating across the organization to measure impact performance on all marketing activations.

About you
You are passionate about data, analytics, reporting and have the ability to turn complex data, insights, and information into reports that tell a story, drive engaging conversations and guide future decision making to optimize investments and resources every time. You are creative, resourceful, diligent, have a digital-first approach and master the various disciplines of marketing analytics. You like to make order out of ‘chaos’, enjoy a good challenge, and you are persistent in your efforts to identify trends and analysis to guide better strategic and tactical decisions.

Your experience and background

  • Monitors and forecasts marketing and sales trends as well as analyze customer and prospect data and downstream funnel performance using Salesforce, Power BI, and other tools
  • Working with lead marketers, and finance partner, to develop Marketing attribution model and reporting.
  • Works closely with marketing teams to develop dashboards, extract and analyze data, find opportunities, and develop solid recommendations to increase and optimize campaign performance
  • Prepares reports and presents results to internal collaborators and management
  • An avid learner, able to work with diverse tools, technical experts and turn their outputs into ease to use impact reports that drive the right behavior.
  • Examines campaign return on investment and conducts demand waterfall analysis to improve profitability of campaigns and performance throughout the sales funnel
  • Uses CRM tool to track performance and analyze data against monthly goals
  • Assists in creating structures for experimentation and reporting across the marketing organization and supports other marketing teams in measuring campaign success
  • Researches standard methodologies to implement on data analysis, lead funnel management, and strategies to improve return on marketing investments
  • Identifies and implements new tools to support the analysis of marketing initiatives
  • Contributes to the Regional Head of Marketing reporting cadence to ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed to meet timelines with data accuracy
  • Guides teams for systems and trainings fostering a best-in-class operations charter for marketing
  • Facilitates adoption of the reporting standards by consistently applying them in daily work and educating end users on applicable usage/interpretation of different methodologies
  • Maintains high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation
  • Provides useful insights and analysis derived from lead funnel data and campaign results

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Data Planner, or related role, ideally at a B2B technology company or agency.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and VLookups)
  • Power BI experience and/or related business intelligence tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics is a plus
  • CRM: Salesforce Sales Cloud experience with explicit knowledge of leads flow process, data
  • hygiene and reporting dashboards
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including email journeys and integration with other
  • Strong skills in data analysis, statistics, programming (e.g. SQL, R or Python)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 – Teams, Yammer, SharePoint is a plus.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing – North America, you will be working out of the United States, but your workplace will be the entire North America region, as you will have daily and close interaction with colleagues everywhere across the United States and the world.
