Salary: $85 Hourly - $3060 Weekly
Overview:
Our healthcare facility is seeking an experienced L&D (RN) to join our team in Tahlequah, OK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. The position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing patient care in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Monitoring fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs during labor
- Assisting with medical procedures and interventions as required
- Educating patients and families on the birthing process and post-delivery care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience in a hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
