Faneuil is immediately hiring Outbound Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home!
To qualify for this position you must have previous experience in a call center environment; outbound experience and/or sales experience is a plus!
This position is remote/work from home, but currently we are not hiring in these states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, HI, ID, MA, ME, MO, MT, NJ, ND, NM, NY, OR, Virgin Islands, Washington State and Washington DC
Representatives will handle a high volume of outbound calls placed by the telephony system to Medicare and/or Medicaid health plan members to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home health risk evaluation. Representatives will also receive inbound customer calls to schedule appointments and/or perform other customer service activities.
You'll earn bonuses for every appointment that is scheduled! Your guaranteed base base hourly rate is $12.75 per hour, and your total hourly rate (base + bonus) can average up to $18.75 per hour, based on how many appointments you schedule. Additional daily bonuses and incentives are available. Benefits include health insurance, vision/dental insurance, and paid time off.
- This is a full-time position, with benefits such as Health/Vision/Dental insurance, paid time off, 401k and more
- Computer equipment will be provided and shipped to agents home
- Previous call center experience is required, and previous outbound calling and/or sales experience is a plus
- Must have the ability to multi-task and think quickly in a fast paced environment, while working independently
- Must be committed to perfect attendance to all training and nesting hours for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm Eastern Time
- Must have the ability to work an assigned shift during the hours of operation between Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm Eastern Time, and Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm Eastern Time
