We are currently recruiting for RNs / LPNs on a full time, part time or per diem basis for our residential programs in Georgetown, Milton, and Milford, DE to serve as part of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate medical, nursing and program services. The RN/LPN is responsible for nursing care for adults of all ages with chronic mental illness; provides generalized and specialized care; maintains appropriate records; functions as a member of interdisciplinary team and performs related work as required. Oversees the maintenance of medical records and compliance with state regulations and CARF. Exercises independent nursing judgment.

The RN/LPN should be licensed by the state, commonwealth, or territory to practice nursing. Vaccination proof is also required.
