Caruso's Grocery and Owen's Tavern & Garden is searching for a hospitality focused Restaurant Manager to join the team!

Caruso's Grocery and Owen's Tavern + Garden is a unique dual concept development in the Pike and Rose development.

Caruso’s Grocery is modeled after the classic, Italian-American “red sauce” joint and features a dimly lit dining room and hundreds of framed vintage photos. A passion project for Chef Matthew Adler and NRG’s Michael Babin, the concept is largely inspired by the restaurant Adler’s dad ran when he was growing up in upstate NY, Scoozi, while the name “Caruso’s Grocery” is an homage to Babin’s grandmother’s Italian market in Louisiana. Caruso’s opened in December 2022 and quickly amassed a loyal crowd for its unwavering commitment to serving up classic Italian-American fare focused on execution and high-quality ingredients alongside old-school cocktails, Italian wines, and craft beer.

Owen’s Tavern & Garden boasts a state-of-the-art beer program and service to match, a menu composed of modern American favorites and a steam-punk–inspired decor. Owen’s Tavern & Garden stands out from the crowd. The beer program is composed of a deeply
diverse draft list of 50 rotating taps, many of which have never before been available at a restaurant or bar. Put simply, Owen’s Tavern & Garden is convivial neighborhood gathering place. Perfectly suited for an easy weeknight family gathering, a special occasion celebration, or just an unpretentious spot to convene with good friends over rare beers and comforting food, the atmosphere at Owen’s is both lively and warm.
