Assistant Restaurant Manager

RREMC Restaurants, LLC (D.B.A. Denny’s Restaurant) is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to assist the General Manager with managing a high-volume 24/7 family restaurant establishment. The Restaurant Manager assists the General Manager in recruiting, training and supervising front and back of the house employees to ensure that the Brand Standard requirements are met and consistently maintained. This position requires a detailed oriented individual with superior hospitality talent, strong computer skills and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience as a full-service restaurant manager, preferably in a 24/365 establishment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and scheduling platforms
• Knowledge of Inventory Management
• Knowledge in reading and understanding Profit & Loss statements
• Strong analytical, independent thinking, and problem resolution skills
• Strong understanding of food handling and safety
• Ability to understand and respond appropriately to requests and use independent judgement to take proper action.
• Ability to consistently provide a positive customer service experience to our guest, and employees.
• Must have strong people skill to coach and develop team.
• Should have strong time management and multi tasking skills to manage a restaurant
• Must have a valid driving license
• ServSafe Certified preferred
