Restaurant Manager (Store #248, Mahi'ai Table) Job at Foodland Farms
Mahi'ai Table is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are seeking high energy, creative professionals who have management experience in the restaurant industry, possess extensive food & beverage knowledge, strong financial management skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a strong desire about delivering exceptional food experiences to all guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- scheduling, training, development and oversight of all restaurant staff
- maintaining product quality standards
- managing expenses through planning and budgeting
- observing and enforcing company standard operating procedures
- addressing restaurant staff concerns and stressful situations with urgency, dignity & tact
- ensuring that all restaurant staff personnel are courteous to customers
- ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional, high quality food experience for our guests, while also running an efficient, profitable food establishment.
The Restaurant Manager must observe and enforce all company policies, house rules and guiding principles; must have the ability to work and communicate well with others; receive and provide direction to restaurant staff; and maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company. The Restaurant Manager must also maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.

Qualifications:
- High school education with some college background preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
- Must have experience working in a high-volume food service establishment.
- Must have TB Clearance.
