Now hiring a motivated Tel-Sell Sales Representative to join our team in the Boise area!

Tel-Sell Sales Representative Job Details:

• Spends 80% or more of work week calling Tel-Sell accounts, or outside the office for on-site sales calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in person through the Tel-Sell system.
• Identify opportunities for and promote market penetration of new product lines within assigned Tel-Sel route, and new accounts.
• Strategizes/preplans on how best to achieve sales and merchandising objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming information monthly and maintaining accurate historical account purchase information.
• Independently secure, service, and retain client account commitments.
• Achieve and maintain monthly Quota, account attainment and retention goals.
• Effectively pre-plan sales efforts.
• Execute monthly and special Sales programs.
• Effectively use Point of Sale materials promoting impulse purchasing and product utilization.
• Assist with Retail & Operations support duties, within the Retail Room, as needed.
• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm with rotating Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm
• $16 per hour plus incentives

Job Qualifications:

• Demonstrate the ability to follow directions and with necessary attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
• Valid Driver’s License, minimum required vehicle liability insurance, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation
• Demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing
