This is a permanent, in-person position with one of our amazing partners at a Home Health and Hospice company. This position involves traveling to the patient in surrounding areas to complete 1-on-1 care.

San Fransisco County
Santa Clara County
San Mateo County

This location has 8 hour shifts available:
8:30am-5:30pm with a flexible schedule throughout those hours for patient visits.
This position is FT and exact pay rate DOE. This company also compensates based upon a piece rate scale (type of visit, mileage, etc).
Active RN license in the state of CA
