RTCC Manager of Data Driven Policing Job at City of Albuquerque

Responsible for the creation and development of Albuquerque Police Department's Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) Data Driven Policing Initiative; serve as the division's program specialist with regard to intelligence analysis, geo-spatial analytics and implementation of data driven policing; manages inter-agency partnerships in support of RTCC goals; creates and executes operating policy; perform audits of RTCC data; identify issues and recommend solutions; provide direct support to the RTCC Manager.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and
Six (6) years' analytical experience to include three (3) years' supervisory experience; and
Experience in managing geo-spatial analytical capabilities.
Experience working in a public safety environment preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License.
Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
