Qualifications of Wireless Sales Representative.
- Provide unparalleled store experience which improves customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile Brand
- Work with the Sales team to exceed key performance objectives
- Meeting all Compliance measures to pass audits
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve both the store and individual performance
- Delivers operational and merchandising excellence
- Complies with all operational policies and procedures including the Employee Code of conduct
- Keen eye for detail and efficiency, with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well under pressure and can adapt quickly to change
- A criminal background check will be conducted.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service and Retail Sales Experience
Requirements of Wireless Sales Representative.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Retail Experience
- Employees must be available to work a retail schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays, (aside from reasonable accommodations or military obligations).
- Must have reliable transportation
