  • The Sales Representative is responsible for the efficient promotion and profitable sale of

Sheet Metal Fabrication. The Sales Representative will solicit new business through developed leads by working a pipeline of customers both current and potential. They will work closely with management to develop best practices in marketing and promotions in their region. This person will develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase knowledge of HVAC Sheet Metal Fabrication needs.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES o Working with a dynamic team in a fast paced environment. o Develop personal sales strategies, and forecasts. o Be in constant contact with customers by visiting, writing, or phoning, as well as prepare/present demonstrations for our products at client locations. o Responsible for expanding our customer base, maintain a customer database and develop new leads from cold calls and finish the project from start to close. o Other duties as assigned

Task Metal Products, Inc. o Ability to identify opportunities to sell customers additional Sheet Metal products and to sell product in such opportunities. o Considerable knowledge and the ability to apply the principles and practices to the functionality of products sold by Task Metal Products, Inc. o Ability to independently diagnose and treat a variety of problems or situations and modify as deemed necessary. o Knowledge and ability to apply industry standards that may not be completely applicable to the work and may require adaptation, modification or deviation. o Ability to effectively document and communicate ideas, strategies, problems, and solutions in both verbal and written forms to co-workers and customers. o Ability to prepare written reports and other necessary supportive documentation. o Ability to travel to various customer locations as necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE o 2~5 year’s experience preferred in HVAC Sheet Metal sales.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Repetitive use of the hands and typing are required. Requires frequent lifting of 1-10 pounds and occasional 11-25 pounds with infrequent lifting of 25 or more.

Compensation based on experience includes base salary, sales commission, and car allowance.
