Position Summary
Design and construct moderately complex apps and functionalities while providing mentorship and direction to the Junior SFDC Developer. This role provides basic development and architecture guidance to the Admin team.
Principal Responsibilities

• Perform batch uploads and updates of master data records. Complex data migrations, data transformations, and data integrations will be involved.
• Develop and test web services integrations as well as “mash-ups”.
• Develop/configure HTML, Visualforce, Javascript, Apex classes, and Apex Triggers.
• Provide technical design/support for security deployment (adhering to corporate standards).
• Provide technical design/support for mobile device support.
• Manage to the Salesforce.com limits (e.g. data storage, governor limits, etc.) to ensure compliance of the Salesforce.com agreement.
• Drive customer success by providing product education, technical advice and adoption guidance for Einstein AI/Analytics and Tableau.
• Design and deliver complex analytics leveraging cross-referencing data from multiple sources.
• Unit Test (and/or develop test scripts) for all complex deliverables above (e.g. integration, security, Visualforce).
• Perform all advanced impact analysis regarding change management relative to custom code, integrations, etc.
• Technical documentation of all advanced configuration and code aspects of the Salesforce.com system, including Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, Database Specifications.
• Conform to good programming standards, good coding practices, as applicable

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience developing in Salesforce required.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce.com with ERP systems such as SAP and QAD is a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative, project management skills, detail orientation, and the ability to undertake complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Einstein Analytics specific engagements starting with use-case initiation, creation of datasets in dataflows, customizations, create data visualizations using SAQL functions in Einstein Analytics
• Understand the difference between standard and customized solutions (e.g. clicks vs code) for Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery as well as Prediction Builder, understand tradeoffs, and advise on best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work both independently and within cross-functional project teams that span multiple time zones.
• Extensive experience interpreting user requirements and delivering technical specifications to address user requirements.
• Technical experience with SalesForce.com including Campaign Management, Contact, Accounts, Lead, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• VisualForce/ APEX / HTML5 / Javascript / Java or any object oriented programming language development a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant required
• Salesforce.com Certified Developer (DEV401) required
• Minimum 1 year Salesforce.com development experience, minimum 2 years general development experience and 2 years experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics Platform.
• Strong programming skills plus knowledge of database modeling required.
• Affinity for education and technology.
• Passion, leadership, initiative, problem solving, professionalism and a winning, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and fluid environment
• SAP ECC integration to Salesforce.com experience a plus.
