Role: SAP Senior System/Business/functional Analysts (ONSITE)
ONSITE Locations:
1. Athens, TN
2. Portland, TN
3. Jonesboro AR,
4. Albuquerque, NM
5. Ormond Beach, FL
6. Hackettstown, NJ
7. Hickory, NC
- Assist end users on site with inquiries and incidents/problems
- Take ownership of problems until full resolution
- Record incident in the Panaya system
- Escalate issue resolution with Hypercare Command Center and other NAMT Hypercare resources
- Provide advanced problem resolution for Level 1 problems as escalated
- Determine the functional area of the problem being reported, e.g. process, data, systems, training, etc.
Experienced for at least 5 years in SAP with priority in the following process areas:
- Logistics and distribution
- Plant Warehouse Management
- Material Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
