A career in our Transaction Services practice offers the opportunity to perform financial due diligence on mergers & acquisitions and other capital market engagements. We help Lower-Middle Market companies realize value in transactions. Through data driven insights and analysis we help our clients, ensuring maximum value for their company. Our team assist with both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as sell-side mandate engagements. As part of the team, you will help us provide our clients peace of mind by analyzing and validating all the financial and strategic assumptions in an underlying transaction.
As a Senior Associate, you'll work with a team to analyze and solve complex business issues. Professional skills and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
- Work with shared services to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results.
- Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business area.
- Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate relevant insights to clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and success in roles providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to clients
- Experience interviewing executive management at client or target companies.
- Strong excel skills
- Knowledge assessing a Company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Ability to work as both an individual and team member, in identifying and addressing client needs.
- Maintaining project budgets
Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
2 years in Accounting, Transaction Services or Related Fields
Certification(s):
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred
