Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant will primarily be responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), General Counsel (GC) and supporting the TPI Composites, Inc. (TPI) Board of Directors (Board).
The perfect candidate will be an experienced professional who has a demonstrated use of strong business judgement while working in a highly ambiguous environment and have advanced prioritization abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks autonomously. This individual must be detail oriented and an experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor, and, most importantly, grace under pressure while working in a fast-paced, goal-focused work environment. This role requires that you have integrity, initiative, resourcefulness, and the abilities to handle confidential material while collaborating with internal and external parties on behalf of the Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant:

  • Receives internal clients, vendors, and visitors; maintains good public relations with management and associates.
  • Maintains executive calendar appointments and deadlines including providing itineraries, reserving facilities, scheduling appointments and preparing materials related to such
  • Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material
  • Plans and coordinates complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Prioritize conflicting needs with excellent judgment; handles matters expeditiously and with enthusiasm; and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Handle and prioritize internal and external communications including: emails, arrangement of conference calls and meetings, preparation of agendas and other communication materials for internal and external use.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, review invoices and initiate payment.
  • Develop and modify new and existing PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and spreadsheets
  • Plan and execute quarterly Board meetings & dinners; arrange travel, including air, hotel & transportation for the Board.
  • Backup other executive assistants.

Who we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of One-on-One experience supporting a senior executive (complex calendar management, meeting coordination, domestic and international travel coordination, etc.)
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, presentation, and spreadsheet software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general MS Windows operations
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills - organize, develop, and deliver clear and concise messages
  • Ability to consistently follow through and take ownership of projects
  • Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exercise good judgment and discretion, analyzing and resolving confidential, difficult, and sensitive situations; ability to anticipate, to take initiative, and to resolve issues
  • General knowledge of all facets of executive administration, to include phone and in-person business protocol, composition of letters and memos, travel arrangements, event planning, and all other relevant items
