Overview: Ethos Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Lenexa, KS. This person will process weekly multi-state and biweekly payroll efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer service to the team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing of payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and ensure accuracy of weekly timesheets, garnishments, deductions, etc.
- Manage and maintain all employee data changes and payroll records.
- Review/maintain special request forms, terminations, new hires, salary increases, tax changes, labor allocations, etc.
- Execute post-processing payroll duties, including distribution of reports to leadership and ensuring payroll reports and documentation are saved to drive.
Payroll Coordinator Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience required
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Paycor experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
