iMDS is seeking a Senior Yield Specialist (Remote) to contribute to the Buffalo, NY team.

The Senior Yield Specialist will use their insights and expertise to perform yield analysis and execute optimization strategies across the iMDS ad exchange that allow our business units to grow their programmatic revenue. They will implement necessary updates based on data derived decisions and work within other programmatic systems to execute the performance initiatives and monitor their impacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 or more years of online advertising experience in programmatic media
• Must have experience with reporting, optimization, and making updates in SSP and Exchange platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Yahoo, Xandr, among others
• Must understand real-time bidding metrics and KPIs such as ad requests, impressions, CPM, rCPM, Price Floors, Fill Rate, Bid Rates, among others.
• Consistent track record of achieving target KPIs
• Advanced MS Excel skills, analyzing and building complex reports with large data sets
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using SQL
• Proven organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task; handling 2-3 major projects at once depending on deadlines and team needs
• Must be able to communicate analysis findings with upper management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to be a team player and work interdepartmentally
