ServiceNow Senior Consultant

The ServiceNow Senior Consultant directing and leading client engagements to develop and implement ServiceNow platform solutions. They will coordinate with clients to establish requirements, define project scope, and communicate status, issues, features, and release plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver ServiceNow Consulting/Development expertise to customers
  • Stay current with ServiceNow product development/releases and certifications
  • Be proficient with Agile development methodologies
  • Document procedures for processes and workflows
  • Work on multiple projects as a project team member
  • Provide good communication with management and other members of the project
  • Deliver Training / Mentoring

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university
  • In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Experience
  • Customarily has at least 5 years of ServiceNow development and/or consulting experience with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform in one or more of the following: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Customarily has at least 2 years of customer facing project management experience
