Siding Install Assistant Job at WAUNAKEE REMODELING
Job Summary
· A Siding Install Assistant is responsible for the custom installation of siding material under the daily direction of the Siding Install Foreman.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist Siding Install Foreman with removal and installation of new siding. This process will involve tear off of old materials, installation of Foam/Tyvek, starter striping, J-Channel, LP or Vinyl Siding, and window trim.
· Learn, maintain, and grow skills and knowledge of installation process which will include operation of a brake and ability to properly install soffit and fascia.
· Maintain a clean and safe worksite in compliance with OSHA standards.
· Maintain assigned equipment, report & correct problems.
· Provide and maintain personal tools and equipment.
· Conduct oneself in a professional manner with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Education and Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of experience in the siding industry is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
· Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required, and a clean driving record preferred.
· Experience with power tools, saws and a brake are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
