onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the PSG Operations team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a SiC Business Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead the Strategy and execution for onsemi’s high growth. You’ll be a member of a highly innovative and collaborative global team that operates at a fast pace to solve operational problems and build a better future. Performance Objectives:
- Be at the center of strategic planning and executing for large ramps of onsemi’s most strategic products
- Work with stakeholders from all different organization to ensure the successful ramp of key new products
- Contribute to the formation and execution of the SiC Demand - Supply vision and strategy
- Identify, diagnose and execute on opportunities to improve the end-to-end Supply Chain
- Document the demand, create models for operational execution and capital expenditure
- Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence for SiC business/program
- Self-starter with strong semiconductor supply chain experience
- Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Business acumen
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Process management / process improvement
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering is a must
- 12+ years’ experience that includes Factory, Supply Chain and/or operations in semiconductor industry
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing preferred
- MBA is a plus
