Atlantic Fence Supply, a division of Bellingham Forest Products is an established family-owned business located in Bellingham, Massachusetts. Our passion is creating beautiful fences & outdoor products that will enhance yards & create boundaries in style. We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Fence Builder/Assembler to work in our manufacturing facility.
As a Skilled Builder/Assembler you will be working within a team environment and will be responsible for fabrication/assembly of wood, vinyl, aluminum and chain link fence products. This position requires a reliable, self-starting individual capable of working in an organized manner with minimal supervision.
Other responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a safe and organized working area
- Fulfill customer orders to company quality standards
- Communicate effectively within the team to ensure production goals are met
- Assist with daily shipping / receiving activities
- Utilize small to medium power tools
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn the business and grow within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with previous carpentry and forklift operating experience.
The standard work week is 40 hours, with some overtime and/or Saturdays required during peak season. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, 401(k) and profit sharing.
