We are seeking professionals with construction, roofing, or electrical experience to join solar installation teams.
Responsibilities
- Safely install the world’s best rooftop solar systems on customer homes across the Chicago metro area.
- Collaborate with teammates to make each installation run smoothly: ensuring tools and materials are ready, problem solving on site as necessary, and clearly communicating with customers and co-workers.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of construction experience, preferably including roofing
- Quality-conscious, taking pride in the work you do
- Used to working in a team environment / Good communication skills
- Willing to work hard in outdoor construction year-round
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass drug test and criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bonus: experience installing rooftop solar
