As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will have the accountability to create and drive an omnichannel category strategy for Reckitt brands at one of our largest national customers, Walmart. You will play a key role in inspiring your team’s outperformance and developing solutions that mean progress and accelerated growth for both Walmart and Reckitt.

You’ll succeed because you’ll…

• Set the bar for superior customer strategy resulting in flawless execution of the 4Ps, trade negotiations, omni promotional strategy, and the delivery of joint KPIs, including sales and profit.
• Bring a high degree of customer focus, standards of communication and numerical analysis, as well as multi-tasking and leadership.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships, acting as a point of contact across the customer ecosystem including but not limited to buyers, operations, marketing, and media agencies.
• Conduct business reviews and building short, medium & long-term plans.
• Hire, coach, guide, and motivate direct and dotted-line reports to achieve customer and company goals.
• Enhance the team’s and customer knowledge, define learning agendas, and build strategic account plans to deliver on Customer strategy and win across the omni landscape.
• Articulate and shape financial impact of decisions as you’ll have full P&L responsibility with emphasis on Trade Investment, Gross Margin, Forecasting
• Understand data across multiple sources to understand business trends and provide projections based on insights. Use data to craft & coach others in creating compelling stories, identifying issues/opportunities/actions.
• Establish an environment supporting the achievement of common objectives in a wider business relationship and can resolve issues collaboratively, while still achieving business objectives.
• Network effectively with other functions and develops in others the ability to manage relationships
• A skilled negotiator bringing experience in delivering and coaching others in achieving win/win outcomes.
