The Lake Erie Crushers are searching for a highly motivated and organized individual to take over the role of
Stadium Operations Manager for Mercy Health Stadium.
The
Stadium Operations Manager shall oversee all physical & mechanical aspects of Mercy Health Stadium to ensure that the stadium and all systems are operating to 100% efficiency, at all times. The
Stadium Operations Manager shall oversee the hiring and day to day work of selected seasonal staff members
Responsibilities
The
Stadium Operations Manager will be responsible for tracking and maintaining records of all stadium repair costs for end of year reconciliation with the City of Avon, as well as providing annual repair, replacement and upgrade recommendations regarding stadium facilities and equipment to Ownership
This position is also responsible for all aspects of maintaining the following mechanical systems in good working order. He or She needs to establish strong working relationships with our selected service providers in each of these systems:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Lighting / electrical
- Light towers
- Elevator
- All Seating
- Alarm system
- Fire suppression
- Irrigation system
- Parking lot
- Scoreboard
- Scoreboard Speed pitch
- Audio / PA System
- Kids Zone inflatables
The
Stadium Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining in good working order all stadium equipment and for maintaining the all turf playing field at an acceptable level, per Frontier League rules and Lake Erie Crushers standards. You will also oversee and direct the “winterizing” of the ballpark every year in approximately late October and de-winterizing in mid-April
Staff
The
Stadium Operations Manager shall be responsible for hiring and supervising the following seasonal staff positions:
- Ushers
- Parking
- Kids Zone
- Security
- EMT personnel
