We are now hiring for a Staffing Coordinator/HR. This position would be responsible for the following:
- Placing and managing job openings
- Staffing/Schedules
- Handling disciplinary actions with staff
- Payroll preparation
- Onboarding new staff members
~Due to our small boutique size we are able to spend more one on one time with our residents and get to know them better.
~Our Highland location provides care for no more than 34 residents.
As a Staffing Coordinator with San Gabriel Memory Care you would have the opportunity to get to know your residents on a personal basis and provide days full of meaning and purpose. We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator interested in working full time (40 hours a week including every other weekend) and who has had prior experience in a similar role.
