As the Staff Development Director in the Smith Health Center, you will be part of leading and growing an amazing team of care givers. This is full time, exempt position. Must have either an RN or an LVN California license. Current DSD certification preferred, or ability to get certification at the beginning of employment.
As the DSD, your duties will include:
- orienting, training, mentoring and inspiring CNAs to provide the best care to our residents
- demonstrating care techniques in the scope of a CNA
- possibility to teach employees the theory and skills to become CNAs
- work within a great interdisciplinary team to provide excellent care to our seniors

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
